At Onpoki, each handmade item is prepared with care and shipped safely from Queenstown, New Zealand. This policy explains how shipping works for local and international orders.

Processing Time

All handmade items are made to order. The standard making time is around 2 weeks before shipping. During busy seasons, this timeframe may vary slightly.

If you need your order urgently, please contact me before purchasing to check availability.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped with NZ Post and include a tracking number. Delivery times depend on your location and NZ Post’s services.

Shipping Locations

I currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia. International orders beyond these countries are available upon request. Please contact me if you’d like a shipping estimate for your country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the chosen delivery option.

Import Duties and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in my prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If an order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please email info@onpoki.com so I can help investigate with NZ Post.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
