Nina the Bee… celebrating World Bee Day

The 20th of May is World Bee Day… a day to honour one of the most magical and essential little beings on our planet. I made this tiny bee a while ago as a gift for my son’s teachers, and today felt like the perfect moment to share her pattern with all of you for free.
She is small, easy and quick to make, and I hope she brings you as much joy as she brought me when I designed her. Bees do so much for us and for the earth… and learning more about them only makes me love them even more. In the post you will also find a small section with interesting facts about the golden liquid they create.
